After the cat meow'ed, Dr. Ruth Adams said - 'It's only Neutron, we call him that because he is so positive.', I would have expected you to have immediately thought of the question: 'Are not neutrons 'neutral' of charge?', and the answer of: 'Yes'.

Thus, the cat should have been named 'Proton', since he was so 'positive'.
